Paula has been a leader in the Revenue Cycle Management industry since 1999, with more than a decade of specialized experience in pain management. She co-founded PainEx Solutions to address the growing need for specialty-focused, accountable revenue cycle support in an increasingly complex healthcare environment. Paula is deeply invested in helping providers achieve financial stability without sacrificing patient care. Her leadership is driven by a commitment to precision, continuous improvement, and customized solutions that empower practices to thrive.
Liz McGuire
Vice President
Liz brings over 15 years of healthcare administration experience and more than six years specializing in pain management revenue cycle operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Western Michigan University and has led initiatives across all facets of the revenue cycle. Liz is passionate about process improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Her leadership reflects a strong belief that financial performance and quality patient care are deeply connected.

Kathryn is known for her collaborative leadership style and unwavering commitment to accuracy and regulatory excellence.
